T12 LED Tubes for a mother or two

All over the googler trying to find info and it seems every article refers to t5 flourescent or CFL bulbs for this purpose. I have a pile of old t12 fixtures laying around, and a bunch of 4000, 5000 and 6500k LED tubes for them and I'm wondering if two or four of these would work just fine for a mother or two staying in veg. Cheers

T12's will keep the mother plants alive, but very little growth, and stretchy.
