T4 vs T8

Is there a difference? I have 2 4foot 2 light T-8 32 watt shop lights. From what I understand the T-4 is a bigger bulb and thats it. If the T-4s are better I will get some. I am going to order a HPS b4 I get to flowering and mh when I save some cash. Thanks in advance!!

T-8 in what I have read will not do you all that much compared to t-5s Can you swing some money towards the t-5 ?

Yeah I got the T-8s for free im going to run by lowes tonight and look for some T-4 or 5s. Can I still use the T-8s or are they worthless?

T8s will work good...

T5s (there is no T4 that i'm aware of) are just smaller so you can fit more light into the same size space... which makes them more intense.

T5s are more expensive than the T8s, both fixtures and bulbs.

more wattage, not only smaller but double the wattage. 150 watt 4 ft tubes, vers 75
