T5 Grow Light vs. HPS and MH

Anyone? I was thinking about trying the T5 system to see how it works. Anyone got any pros and cons for the T5 vs the use of MH and HPS lamps? Thanks ahead of time!

im veggin 14 under t5's right now, and i must say that i am very impressed with the results.

im running a 4 bulb 4 foot fixture with about 20,000 lumens and 6500k bulbs.

this is my first round with a t5 system, and i doubt ill go back to a mh unless i somehow find someone to do a big room

PRO: NO HEAT AT ALL!!!!!!!!

CON: NOT AS MUCH LUMEN/ENERGY/RED SPECTRUM LIGHT AS HPS...

I heard T5 FOR VEG + HPS for Flower is epic. You could go from seed to bud with t5s though, thats what im doin.

hey victor vicious that link is dead. i just bought 22" 4 bulb t5s 6500k bulbs 96watts total. i was going to use it for cloning and seedlings. would this be enough to veg a few plants with. 3-6 maybe.

really like to see that grow VV. i will try a different way to get to it.
