T5 to LED to HPS

I just bought this one last week. This is the removal ballast so the lamp can be in the room and the ballast somewhere else hopefully causing a little less heat. And one can hang higher also with no ballast attached. Just an option for you. Not sure if they make a 600/750 detachable, haven't checked.

Its only cheap LEDs that use these smoke and mirrors tactics.
Legit companies don't do it.

I appreciate you trying to explain it, but what your doing is trying to sell me the lie you got sold.
The terminology they use is based on the number of diodes multiplied by the wattage of that diode.
100x 3w = 300w, but its not a 300w light, nor does it produce 300w of light, whatever that means.
Its ran soft to make the cheap parts running on minimal heatsinking last longer or at least not burn out within an hour of running.
Its years of these misleading sales tactics that give LED a bad name.

A single 315W CMH is good for about 3x3, so you'd want 2 or 3 for a 5x5
