t5 with 400 hps

i have a 400 hps its plenty of light for the tops im in a 3*3 grow tent i have a t5 light i have for seedlings for the first 2 weeks then i bring them to the 400 can i use the t5 int he room also still ,which bulbs would i need for the t5 for flowering or does it matter for the t5?

Yes you can definitely use both lights for flowering. In fact, having that added blue spectrum from the T5 all throughout flowering would be quite benefical to the plants.
