With free shipping, and bulbs, that's a pretty good price. I paid that much for my 6 bulb HydroGrow light.ok, so i got this today: Hydro Crunch Hydroponic T5 Fluorescent 4ft 4 Lamp Grow Light System
by Hydro Crunch. how far should i put it from my plant?? its about 2 weeks into veg (little baby)
I presume you can contact the shipper and custom order your choice of bulbs, since all eight bulbs by default 6500K. Oh, also be prepared of the possibility of one or more broken tubes. Unless they can be slid inside the metal frame, they could be dropped or banged up by the Men in Brown.

They do. But you have to contact the shipper and make arrangements for customizing them. They should be happy to do so.
Different bulb makers work at different ratings. Some make 2700k, and others 3100k, etc. The shipper will probably only have one brand, but you can custom order different bulbs if you wish.

Well, you are automatically going to get the 6500k greening bulbs. But if you go to Hydro Crunch right here, you can see that they also sell the flowering bulbs, which are 2800k. Funny thing is that they rate the 2ft bulbs at 2700. If you contact them, you can get them to substitute some of the 6500K bulbs for the 2800k. The former is a bit more expensive to produce, so they should be more than willing to do this for you.

I bought a t5 off ebay 4 bulb 4'. I've always used t8, this is my first grow with t5. I keep it just 2 or 3 inches from top, and a fan blowing away any heat. I vegged with 6500k and switched two of those with 3000k for flowering.This is day 53 from 12/12. You can get some nice buds with this set up. I do have the 90w led I got cheap so I use it, but don't know if it really helps or not.
