Oh shit, its about to get real hectic in my neck of the woods. What I fail to understand is are cops not trained in hand to hand combat anymore? No deadly force was needed if you ask me, I know madison cops have non lethal force because my brother a few years back went on a high speed chase and they tased his ass. FACT: you are more likely to get shot by a madison cop than a madison citizen.... sad but true.
