Tablet help.......

We are looking into getting 2 tablets for the kids... we currently have the samsung galaxy and really like the feel of it.. have seen some that dont move as fluidly as this one.. other then that I dont know much about them..

looks like these are the options now..

any inputs? were looking at round 75-100$ and willing to consider other options if you feel they are better then these...

My mom bought us a Kindle Fire HD last Christmas and it's all I really know of tablets. Out of the 3 you picked the Digital Reins one has the better specs. Newer OS. Dual core processor as opposed to the 2 SVP's which are single. Also has an HDMI out to hook it up to a tv, which the SVP's don't appear to have. This might be out of your range but this one got good reviews. I've used alot of Asus parts and can attest that they're good stuffs.

hows this one look? he SVP only have a .03 mp camera so they are out...

On paper that one looks to have ok specs but most of the reviews are saying it has buffer problems with Netflix and Youtube. It's got an off-brand processor, one reviewer claims it's only clocked at 1.0 ghz not at 1.5ghz, and it only has 512mb ram. Any tablet you get for $100 is gonna be a gamble. Just pull the trigger and get one. Amazon has a great return system if the tablet sucks.

yeah I spent another few hours looking this am the one you noted was the option.. then they became out of stock.. I dont shop on amazon ever.. but my folks are nutso over it.. I assume they get replenished pretty often so I'll send em a email on that today.. thanks

Hisense sero pro from walmart has specs simular to nexus 7. Screen is also larger than 7" as i had to buy a ipad mini cade to fit it into. Just something to consider and there is also devoloper support for root and whatnot if thats the plan...
