close, but you still have a little longer. Compare you bud to this one, and wait until it looks more like such. Id say give it a week from today, then flush its really good, give it another 5-6 days then you should be just about ready to harvest.
btw, I think you started the flush a bit too soon, what you should have been doing this last two weeks instead of only watering with molasses is you want to ramp up the potassium with a bloom booster. here some info on that, provided by blueplanetnutrients
Once a plant has fully transitioned into the flowering phase, and bud site development is maximized, a bloom booster with a 1:4 ratio of elemental phosphorus to elemental potassium is needed to produce more structurally sound buds (dense bud formation throughout the calyx cluster). This is where Liquid Blue comes into play. After the first half of the flower phase, growers should begin transitioning to a lower phosphorus (P) / higher potassium (K) bloom booster. Elevated levels of phosphorus are no longer needed to maximize development of bud sites but elevated levels of potassium is necessary to plump and harden buds and maximize the yield of high-value plants. Although Potassium does not form a structural part of any plant component or compound, It is required for various metabolic activities and physiological functions. It is agreed throughout the plant science community that elevated levels of potassium are unequivocally required for maximum yield of flowering plants.

3 weeks im saying. it wont hurt it to go longer. and youl pack on more weight. i always would cut mine way too soon. until my buddy grew one and let it bud for what seemed like forever. when he dried it the buds didnt shrink at all and he pulled an ounce off of a 1 foot plant

this..
see how you've still got a lot of white pistils that haven't receded back into the buds yet?? yours aren't too bad, but they've still got a good 2 plus weeks or so left on them imo..
you'll know when they're ready as the pistils will all recede back into the buds, the buds will swell nice and fat, and a lot of times you'll start to get some fox tailing going on as well, all indicators as well as tric color that they're ready to come down..
finished buds as well as plants will take on an all together different look ime.. they will just scream done and it'll be easy to spot once you see it once..

and with CFLs no less.

it took me a year or two before i could keep my leaves green all the way to harvest.

zomg, keeping your leaves green to harvest? wtf are you doing buck?? don't you know your buds will taste nasty and all chemically and pop and fizzle when you burn them and the black will be ash??
thought you were smarter than that m8... :D

so was my first post of about 14+ days pretty accurate or do you guys think I should of estimated a 3rd week in there?

just to add to the conspiracy, i only feed water the last few weeks and they still stay green

i'm like a super secret double agent that way.

good soil kept correctly can do wonders. ;)

i may be just a newb who plucks early, but two weeks seems on the long end to me.

sure, they can go three weeks probably. but two weeks should be fine. hell, even just a week or ten days would be good enough for most purposes.

OP is a first time grower, so like most of us, he will probably hate hearing that. what first time grower hasn't sampled a nug or two a little early?

I know my first grow I chopped early for sure! But ever since then i've been strong enough willed to wait. But of course I almost always take at least a small sample a week or two early lol
