Take a look and please advise

I need some help with these plants, they will not grow, it's been almost 8 weeks and no progress at all.

I feared they were root bound, so I transferred them to bigger pots. but still no change. I have been feeding them HESI green. and about 200-300 mils of water. I have good ventilation in the tent. the temp is 35 C with humidity around 40%

It must also be said that I have another plant from the same batch that is an absolute beaut.

Wow dude almost 100 degrees? WAYYY too hot like everyone else said. I run around 80-82 and most people tell me I need to drop to about 75. No way your plants are gonna grow good in that heat. Yikes.

Your plants are not doing well because the conditions they're in suck. It's F*cking hot as hell in there. How well do you do things when it's 100 degrees outside? The plant in picture 4 looks like it has nute burn. it is burnt to shit. What are you feeding it? And are you even exhausting air in that grow tent? The reason i ask is because there is no other logical way it is 100F/37C in there unless your not exhausting.

take a few pics w/o the hps light on. its hard to tell the color of the leaves. It is hot in there but my plants do fine up to around 95f in my room and while it may be part of the problem i think temps might not be the only thing holding them back imo.
