Taking an ounce of mush dry or 280 grams wet good idea?

Because his body has to digest the mushrooms to get to the drug (Psilocybin), which then has to be metabolized by his body into psilocin... if it was pure it'd be much easier to absorb. Your body can only digest & metabolize so much with in a certain period of time, sice the drug you actually want is psilocin, it would make since that you would have to wait for all the drug to metabolize before feeling its full effects.
so, its not that his brain stopped recieving the drug, its that it only recieves a certain amount, while his body struggles to metabolize the drug as fast as it can.
like you said an extract, or pure though.. then its more likely the intensity would not have the same ceiling, or it would be much much higher, possibly endless?

he would recieve so and so much psilicin per hour or howver long the enzyme takes to break down the psilocybin into psilocin
the enzyme has a "full" point persay it wont allow for more uptake untill a majority of the stuff it was working on is gone
and each bodys full point is diff because each person has a differing enzyme count and someones enzymes might not be as strong as yours
I have tried them before but didnt feel s*** (only had 1.5g) but its funny that all of you talk about big numbers because i heard many people tell me that 2g is a good dose! My two other friends with who i was doing them with took the same amount (from the same bag and all)and said they had very mild hallucinations...

2g is the usual recomended starter dose forst time i did em was 3g in chocolate but i got them from a crack head so who knows what it actualy was i triped fuckin nuts tho!
any way in one of my jars there is some orangish shit accumulating on an edge of a brf jar with some coco husk (experimental) and i was wondering if any one would have any slight idea to what it could be i havent smelled it but i have seperated that jar fom my others

Never EVER "smell" suspected contaminants - lord. There are a host of nasty to extremely nasty molds that in their wild state will not affect you - but concentrate them and then send their spores into your lungs? That is an invite for long term illness.

this makes mush scence but every one on shroomery tells you to smell them and a nice mushroom smell means all good and rotton apple or basicly any thing other than nice fresh mushroom means contams so could it be that harmfull? i mean ive accidently left food out that grw green mold and spiderweb mold and i just threw it away in the kitchen garbage

One can identify a very few bacterial contaminations by their rotten apple or sour smell but you can as easily identify it by sight alone. Really, if you see anything other than pure cottony white, there is no point in keeping it anyway - bag it up and throw it out jar and all. If you have more than or you want to save those jars, pressure cook then for 45 minutes or so. I know of at least two people who have contracted mold related pneumonia from badly contaminated jars that they cleaned out without doing so. I do not know of the specific mold that infected their lungs or if it was a bacteria or what but there is no sense in taking such a chance.

well any way its been 3 days and it hasent changes infact the myc is starting to grow over one of the cirles i have herd it could be the mycelium putting out some kind of anti bacterial shit :

Orange does not sound good. if it is just some slightly orangish/yellowish myc piss, it MIGHT be ok, but that stuff can lead to contams eventually also.... if it was full on orange Its probably contam, i've had some nasty nasty contams.. had one bubbly orange red stuff that took over three trays in less than a day, was grose..

the last time i tripped i ate a half ounce without any kind of asidic counterpart.
it was intense. i thought the entire world had gone up in thermo nuke war and i was a spirit trying to channel the new world into existence as i saw fit.
i remember rubbing my face on my bed and i could feel the patterns come off the sheet and go crazy inside my head. great experience overall.

ill try to get some pic up my friends has my only camera its been almost a week now and it still there but hasnt got any bigger i have lowered the temps and on this particular jar its an odd mix or normal brf at the bottom with cocohusk ontop and it is still in the jar the myc colonized all the way around the brf/coco meeting point and is now slowly moving up and down on both subs negrodamus would u happen to live in canada with innitials of K.F if not just purely random but my old friend used to call me that and i have adopted it callin close friends negrodamus just odd because ive never herd any one else say it :
