Its probably your environment TBH.
Since you've had gnats. You're probably too wet, or humid, or both.
I cant tell what kind of bug that is, sorry.
Someone else may be able to help you there.

No dont stick the syringe into the soil and cause havoc with your roots. He means you can surgically water your plants with a syringe and give it a squirt of love instead of using a cup like your throwing a rock in a lake. And I asked if you were feeding it some nutes with a little bit of microbes,Ok ill do that. When u say spoon feed, do i just wet the top of the plant or insert the syringe all the way down and wet the roots only? Its rated at 450 but im sure its around 150 actual watts. And it does have a veg/bloom switch. Its a vipraspectre 450w
No nutes. Doesnt the fox farm soil already have enough nutes for seedlings? No dont stick the syringe into the soil and cause havoc with your roots. I wouldnt worry about nutes at all, right now mate.No nutes. Doesnt the fox farm soil already have enough nutes for seedlings?
Yes and no, you have to give it some nutes and microbes and feed it. The microbes break everything down so the plant can use it, along with nutes and the nutes are also available to the plant without microbes. You want to start off about 250 ppms when you feed it a balanced vegetative nutrient solution. No nutes. Doesnt the fox farm soil already have enough nutes for seedlings?
I'll bet your local nursery doesn't start seeds in that soil. Every greenhouse I have ever been in the last 30 years uses Pro Mix. It is their livelihood and income so they can't take chances with anything else.Foxfarms soil i got from my local nursery
