Legalization.....just prior to the next election, if at all.....lol. Prior to the election so the Libs can stay in power, or at least try, depends on the numbers. That's why election reform was scrapped. They're going to attempt to play the same hand they did last election, hoping they can buy their votes with the legalization card.... I got it, they'll claim to have all the bugs ironed out of the legislation, but whoops the election is too close, vote us in and this time it'll happen for sure...lol. Strategy and implementation, it's all about manipulation. Hump us on every other election promise or legislation that would benefit the average Canadian and hope the herb will save the day....
