good thing my plants cant read! have 3 autoflowers in them now,about 6 weeks old.
doubled up the bags and have a piece of black plastic between the layers as the bags are clear & dont want light at the roots.
BTW plenty of drainage holes at bottom

Yeah I thought you meant you were using one sandwhich bag. If you double up they should be fine

You could try using 1 gal plastic pots and cut out the bottom of one or two and put them in one with a bottom. Self made skinny pot.:eyesmoke:
