Tamjam's 2nd grow Snow White 250w

i will update the other lady later on when the lights come on and the cuttings.

the mutant cutting is showing pistels already !!!! both are growing away now well. the trainwreck and big bang are nearly sprouted aswell.

i also took 2 cuttings of the mutant when i chopped her as they were showing the mothers traits, i know cuttings root better that are in veg mode but we will wait and see.

and the new micro grow box is nearly finished, should be up and running in the next day or two.

trying to think of a good title for my next thread that will be in the cfl section as the HPS is being sold on. i think it seems to easy growing with hid and miss the challenge with cfls.

the flowering cab will have 6 23w warm whites and 1 45w blue in there and the mother/cutting/veg cab will have the other 2 45w blues in there

I heard you can only grow an eighth every 3 months in a micro grow. I laughed when I heard it though

ha ha yeah thats what i heard aswell lol, but i have seen some hideous micro grows on here like where people havnt got a clue what their doing, not like you, you have perfected micro growing and i shall start taking in alot of what you do now . but im sure i will be able to nail it. cheers

heres another update on the last lady, she is starting to pack on some descent weight now and should be getting the chop on sunday, maybe a little later if i can but im really wanting to clear out my loft and tidy it up as its quite a mess up there, in my new cab im thinking of making a storage part for my nutes and stuff underneath.

hey guys first up is i dont think i can bring myself to ditch the hps lol i think i may just leave it up there for a rainy day!!!

update day 69 of 12/12

ok heres the last lady now at day 69 nearly 10 weeks yikes this is the longest i have left a plant flower!! and i should have left the others go this far, the buds are rock solid,

how much longer do you guys think? im thinking at least a week but if she needs 2 more weeks she will get it.

hey MS im sure your clones wont take this long as i was fighting the cold for the first few weeks, but it may well be very worth it!!

any way here she is im thinking that when she burnt all her tops it was for the best as the buds are massive on top where it grew through

Attics will be much too hot in a few weeks but I'd be keeping that bulb. Just look at that plant!

damn that thing is covered in frost! This is the shit thats going to make me patient once weeks 8 and 9 roll around, im going to go for 10 - 12 with my widow so far im 4 weeks and they look amazing im hoping mine get nice a thick like yours though lol theres places that look 3"-4" thick of just bud! Lookin good man and so is the micro grow too

Lovely mate you see just how much we lose out when we cut our buds too early! She's still pumping out fresh pistils so let her keep going, every day is packing on more weight.

Some will tell you that THC degrades as trichs amber BUT honestly I have never found that to be the case, it just gets more couchlock! I've cut Indica buds at 13 weeks in the past and they are POWERFUL watch those calyx swell tamjam.

hi v12, cheers mate i do remember a few years ago i went up in the attic in the peak of summer and it was roasting up there, over the last few weeks its been pretty damn warm up there, we will see!! i may look in to an air conditioner like a cheap second hand one some where, im good at finding bargains

cheers dude, its great when you get positive comments on your plants you deffo want to leave your plants to finish properly, im never gonna cut a plant early again, i think i would rather go out and score an 8th from a friend then chop a plant early now!!

hello MS if only i had enough supply to keep that mutant going, that would have been massive!! all the big buds on the mutant ended up drying up like an inch wide from about 3-4 inches when they were wet.

im guessing that when buds have had the time to ripen up properly they dont shrink as much once dry? i think i read that some where before.

i still have a good 20 grams of the mutant left as i have a 21 year old step son that loves his smoke so he will always get some treats from me so this plant has all the time in the world, if she wants another 3 weeks she will get it

i have ditched the unrooted cuttings as i want to keep plant count down, and now that i have a veg cab i plan on just re-vegging plants from now on, it does upset me when you harvest a plant that served you so well then you let it die. a reveg would count for 1 good deed

here we are again day 71 !!!! 10 weeks

just to let you all know i am under the influence of scrumpy cider and the snow white so im feeling very nice whilst writing this

my attic stays 90s and mid june starts hitting 100 ez.

cheers for the comment brick squad i dont know where you are from but im in the uk so we dont get much of a summer lol, it will get like 95 in the peak of summer but i will just have to stick it out i may look into a second hand air conditioner.

Holy fu**ing smoke mate!! .... dont you worry, those buds are solid and wont shrink down like those cut earlier. You might be surprised the difference in yield when you do chop her

I've just updated my thread, I'm so glad to have 2 clones cut from that beastie ..... the cider/SW combo is something I'm looking forward to myself!

good morning MS ha ha it sounds like you like this lady, well you have had your eye on her for a long time lol.

the nugs are seriously hard unlike any other plant i have grown so im gonna get some scales to wiegh her when shes down.

all your plants are looking great, i dont think i have the brain to keep on top of a perpetual grow like yours, i would mess up somewhere so im just gonna remember to put a seed or a clone or revegd plant in to 12/12 every few weeks.

any way guys big photo shoot tonight that will make the lady 73 days of 12/12.

You know the old saying here about " When you think they are finished, give them another 2 weeks"......well you are proving the point with that lady TJ, because thats when the REAL weight is gained as those calyx swell and harden up. Its like when you reveg a plant, you leave on a few fluffy bits of popcorn bud and 3 weeks later theyve turned into solid swollen buds that smoke beautifully !!!!!

yeah i know exactly what you mean there mate, the first plant i chopped has been outside to re-veg, its in a bit of a bad way but i brought it back inside as i think it has some new shoots growing and the calyxs are like about 5mm wide .

i will get a shot of them in a bit. and i think im gonna go with that saying aswell from now on
