Awesome info, the strain is so new. I got a question, I'm trying to figure out the best way to max yield out of these in the space I have. If I vegged them all summer do you guys think the max height would be like three feet? That's what I have read so far.

Hey everyone.
I've noticed a lot of people having trouble poppin these seeds, maybe they were too fresh?
My TD's have been flowering for 45 days today. Tall as hell and one is still climbing slowly, all have stretched over 4 feet since onset
I didn't get any of the shorter phenos. I love the long sativa fingers shooting out of the tops 
About the top 12 inches or so are littered with bud sites.
They went into flower the same time as 8 ak47's but look half their age at 45 days. At this pace they may be around to get a visit form the easter bunny

what space you working with?
and if u vegg them all summer th height will be like 5 ft lol i had a friend who grew his in a green house and started lst when it was a half a foot tall and his got a lil over 4 ft but he yielded over 3 ps..
but back to your question TD loves when you prune her up so do that?

I built a greenhouse in my yard, 8 by 12 ft with a height of 7ft. I got 5 fem seeds and want to fill half the greenhouse with TD but I'm not sure the best way to grow it.
From what I read it grows 3 feet but I got more room then that and all summer to veg. So, your buddy didn't top but just trained them?
I was thinking I would let her go to about 2 ft, top her, let that grow out some then top again. Or I could just let her go, i got the room.

all these different methods with TD, i got 3 on the go, going to top one in Uncle Bens method, another different topping & last one leaving natural, i figured only way to find out was to experiment, topped one last night, post some pics ltr tonight once lights bk on

cruzer, was thinking about your greenhouse, you got loads of room, monster size pots, monster plants, but careful, vegging all summer, these girls are tall

What up guys......nice thread u got goin on here........I ordered some TD myself the weekend that attitude had their special or whatever but haven't received anything yet.......but lets hope they're getting here some time soon.........

i got 1 TD topped once , its a nice 1ft n half ,
i got another one who is like 4ft tall now and grows fast
i got a handicap one who has 5 leafs , but middle one is under the side ones? lol
and the clones , God damn , jiffy pod & Stim-root #1 , under a dome with a 400 watt cmh , had nice 6 inch long roots , very strong to make clones.
oh oh, my good part in this is , ive noticed that the branches, they are hollow like Bamboo , Very swollen soft branch , even when trained to become hard ! o.o lol

ok so whats new
the one on bottom left got topped last night, that one in the iddle going trippy & growing some weird formations, i topped that 1 about 10 days ago, was just some bagseed i wanted to experiment with...lol

will you take a look at my TDs ... did yours look so droopy? kinda looks like the tips of ur td's roll down and kinda droopy, mine are very much so looking droopy... my temps are spot on as well as my ph...im running 500ppms of nutes, ph = 5.7, lid temp 80f, tent temp 75f water temp 72f. i got some cold pressed lkelp & biobizz alg-a-mic last week...the roots look amazing and the most robust of all of the strains in my tent...the leaves just look so sad with a few light discolorations/fading... i was running the nutes at 350ppms till today i bumped em up...still at half strength for suggested feeding... not meaning to jack ur thread just looking for someone who is growing TD's who could hand out some advice for a novice grower...thanx in advance guys...

hey combat, looks like you could have a lil nute burn, think that my problem, the only thing i can see that might help is lower the temp in your buckets, place a small bottle of frozen water in each & look for around 65 - 67,

the burn was from when in grow dome..i meant to add my 1gal of water with 2ml of nutes and i grabbed the gallon i mixed nutes for flowering...i went down and checked 1 hr later and oh man, the TD#2 had WHITE residue all over the tips of the leaves and then tips necropolised(not a real word but it works) i ran to the bathroom and rinsed the grodan and root plug with ph'd water...i saved em but since then she has looked awful...the only 2 plansts to get damaged were the P.E. and the TD#2. ive been running the nutes low...last week i was at 350ppms and week before i was only adding 5ml of each G-M-B to 4gals of water with a lil revive and kelp/alg-a-mic. does that still sound like im over feeding? ive slowly worked up the amounts and didnt instantly raise it up...i know the revive will make it absorb nutes faster...you think that could be the culprit? ive sinced changed my tent around and placed an open area in the middle. i have the intact blowing into the center of the buckets with cold air from outside...i covered up the gap with reflective board ...i bet its below 70f now...im gunna go check it now, havent checked for a day or so...

water temp is 70f. last weekend i bought floating thermometers to put in each bucket....great investment...

could it be the temp changes in the tent? as the day cools the intact air is cooler and therefore my tent air drops 6-8 degrees...should i invest in a thermostat that would kick on my air intake when needed... or is a 6-8 temp swing no big deal...right now its 71f in my tent

@ cruzer101 do not top her at all no reason to just do sum bending as soon as shes has her full sets of leaves but be very careful...
and u can probly put 15 plants in their and get 1 pound off each one..or more but no topping just bending and then once u see shes starting to flower cut off all da branches from the bottom like 6 inces from the soil up...but man i have grown td like 5 times and use to watch my buddys tds when he was outta state so i know what im dealing with lol

Wow...15lbs huh? Lmao. U say you've grown TD 5 times? I have yet to see a harvest. So you've had 5??? Would love to see em?
just got some TD seeds today ive read all the post so what is the best way to germ i dont want to screw this up what i was going to do was one in soak rock wool one in dirt 3 in zip lock with wet paper towel sealed all it a dome with heat mat under it oh yeah lights or no light? dont i want it dark?

Only got five and I am hoping for a pound each. Got Train wreck and Bubba Kush for the grow too.
I'll let the Tangerine Dream go then, grow some big fat girls. The others I'll go ahead and top/screen at about 4 foot.
