Okay, so this aint the first rodeo but its certainly the first time documenting it for the world. My hopes for this journal is to create a mutual relationships with all the other growers, blowers and heads of the world so that I can learn a little and hopefully you all can learn a little.
I guess in the interest of full disclosure Ill describe the whole set up and everything being used.
Theres a 3 room set up
Most of the nutes being used are the store brand of a nearby hydroponic shop. For security purposes the shop and names of the nutes will be unnamed. However, the veg nute is a 7-9-5 the bloom nute is 3-12-6 and the bloom supplement is 2-15-4. SuperThrive is used on seedlings and clones and usually once during veg a small amount of old school ammonium nitrate is used. For some of you more perceptive growers youll also notice some spider mite damage on some of these girls. Im using a mix of a neem oil based, store brand miticide in combination with AzaMax for them.
Obviously its a soil grow and for anyone interested Pro-Mix is being used.
The strains
Without further adieu, heres some pics. Please comment, ask questions, or whatever. I plan on running this journal until the clones in the veg room are harvested.

Theres a 3 room set up
- The Clone/Male room- This room is rarely used and is actually just a small closet with a 4 foot long 4 light fluorescent system. As the name implies this room is used to put clones in for the first 2 weeks after being taken and also to put males in for a week or two on the off chance pollen is needed.
- The Veg room- The veg room is a 4 by 4 by 6 grow tent lit by a 600w Digital MH. Its got one oscillating circulation fan and not exhaust fan/smell filtration. The reason theres no exhaust/filtration is that the front flap is always left open and being that theyre not in flower, theres hardly any smell.
- The Flower Room- The Flower room is 64 by 64 by 64 and is lit by a 1000w HPS. Theres one oscillating circulation fan (it could probably use another), a 640 CFM squirrel cage style exhaust fan with a 3 barrel style carbon filter.

The strains
- The main strain for this grow is going to be Tangerine Dream from Barneys Farm. 10 of the clones in the veg room (mylar walls) are T.Ds as well as 5 of the nearly finished plants in the flower room (white walls)
- There are 3 Ice clones in the veg room and one nearly finished plant in the flower room(back right)
- There are 3 Blue Mistic Clones in the veg room and one nearly finished in the flower room (middle left)
- There are 7 La Blanca plants in the flower room (theyre the ones in the front middle that were just put in a few days ago.
- The little seedlings in the veg room are Lowryder 2s. Theyre being grown strictly for an outdoor seed crop being started this coming May.
