OK I have been surfing all around and having trouble with finding this answer can anyone please help me with this scenario?
I have an Ebb and Flo Botanicare 2x2 Vegetative phase. My tap water measures 376PPM when I measure with my TDS add the proper amount of nuts (the botanicare it came with [Base 6ml + Grow 10ml + Karma 10ml + Sweet 5ml]) = 31ml nutes per gallon. My PPM w/TDS shoots to 1860 and then a bit higher when I PH down to 5.8.
I see a lot of people maintaining 900-1000ppm, so my question in all this would be:
What is the proper way to figure out the correct amount of nutrients to maintain?
I'm changing my water today and the plants look very healthy until the last 24-36 hours they seem be becoming a bit lighter green could this be the signs of too much nutrient?
I bring the nutrient level up adding 1 gallon of diluted mixed nutrients every 3 days or so, then change the water completely every 2 weeks. Am I on the right path to success with my water and nuts?
Thanks in Advance,
