Okay around xmas I made a thread about my sleeve getting started. It's been a while but I've finally gotten pt. 2 done. Here's pt2.

the pic quality isn't the greatest cause I took it with a camera phone. I'll take better pics at home...so give me a couple hours.

Note...I didn't finish it. There still needs to be heavy shading done on the monkey, and the tears coming from the eye need to be shaded as well. Didn't finish cause it hurt like a BITCH.
 
Doesn't seem like a smart idea putting that on here... unless you're a legal grower. Sweet tat dude

Nope. We're the ape. We power mass media who in turn provides us with images that make us happy...while giving us peanuts in return for our investment. Our work powers the machine which keeps us entertained, and "broke".

Thanks, when it's done I'll post more pics. I didn't. I gave my artist a few guidelines and he did the rest. He's an amazingly talented dude.
 
Nice, im trying to get an apprenticeship for a tattoo course.

after reading what it means i like it even more. thats badass.

so all you do is go to the tattoo shop with a few ideas and theyll draw one up? cuz i got a few ideas but cant draw...

Yep. If you go in there with ideas they should gladly draw you a piece. Especially if you tell them you're open minded and as long as it fits the premise you're cool with it. To be honest...a good artist will probably like want to put his own personal spin on your ideas.
