Again you don't refute my points, because you can't. You simply say, "that's the way it is". Of course that doesn't make your point, it makes MY point.

Stating what is, does not answer WHY it is that way and what should be done to change it. Your "logic" is mirrored by those who advocate prohibition. If you are FOR prohibition you are wrong. If you are AGAINST prohibition, you are a hypocrite in that you advocate using force WHEN you like it.

Freedom only permits force defensively, not offensively. Why do you like offensive things?

I can a and do refute your points. the THAT is the way it is comment is pointed directly to "they are the way they are". In otherwords, you will never get this pipedream so long as humans are humans, and so long as some humans want what you have, what you might have and some even simply want you - your mind, your body, your unconditional surrender - and THAT is the way it is, the next time human nature changes, let me know, maybe you will have a chance then.

I think you are both right. Rob Roy is without a doubt the most consistent poster in his belief system. I want us to move more toward his line of thought than the progressive we are all equal line of thought. I commend him for his attempts at doing so and educating the rest of us. I also think that with human nature in it's present form, it's going to be long uphill climb to get there and nearly impossible.

His is the new age of enlightenment I truly believe. I think the last age of enlightenment brought us the most successful society in history. Progressives are wrapping ideas that didn't work 100 years ago with new shiny bows and paper, it's still wrong. Let's try his ideas instead.

When you come to the realization there are two distinct competing(by law on paper) fiat currencies (fed vs treasury)in the US things get easier to understand imho and fwiw.

No. you can't do that, The U.S. doesn't like it, and neither do many of it's people, including me. Imagine all the problems with forming your own country inside of another, treaties, rights, borders, ownership itself, infrastructure. The U.S. recognizes your freedom to leave, it has no say in where you go or what other countries' laws are.
When you use the term "it's people" in reference to the USA it reveals that you view things from an assumption of authority and ownership of the people by the USA / government. You will never be free with that mindset. I am an individual and respect your choice to be owned, shame you don't respect the rights of others to choose freedom.

You bring up a good point, which validates MY point, again. Human nature cannot be trusted, especially when people with your mindset get into government. That's why institutions such as coercive government that EMBRACE the idea that one group or person is superior to another should not be empowered. You think without a daddy to make sure everybody does as their told there will be chaos, yet you never examine how bad "daddy" is. Nor do you recognize what you fear happening IS happening since your favored system uses coercion from the start. You simply shrug and say "that's the way it is", then you proceed to empower that which you fear. That's illogical.

Peaceful and voluntary interactions are worthy goals, coercion driven goals not so much. Don't fall off the edge of the earth, because everybody "Knows" its flat right?
