ph is high. nitrate is a soluble form of nitrogen, so it's the N in NPK (P is phosphorus, K is potassium). Sodium isn't great, ok trace minerals (calcium and mag mostly, would be surprised if there weren't iron, I suspect they aren't testing for it).
I have no idea if/what flouride or sulphate might do to plants. Silicates are good.

That's a non chemists input :)

Fill your watering container, ph it. Let it sit overnight to evap the chlorine and ph again. Water plants. Repeat when soil is dry 2 inches down. /end

Hehe Im familiar with watering techniques bear ;) thank you both for your input though. was pretty stoned and curious at time of post. Here in christchurch we're ment to have bloody good drinking water (the fluride is added as a prevention for birth defects, opposed to it being in flour/bread), just wondering if its good for growing too :D
