the three numbers stand for the three main nutrients a plant needs to live, which is potassium, nitrogen, and phosphorus..or N/P/K

Flora Micro (NPK: 5-0-1)
Flora Gro (NPK: 2-1-6)
Flora Bloom (NPK: 0-5-4)
First off, you need to know WHEN to give nutrients. You wouldn't give Flora Bloom until the plant enters the flowering stage. And when it does,you cease to give Flora Micro & Flora Gro. Besides that, that is a good nute trio. Personally, I like/use Foxfarm. To each his own though!
