people are such pussies the dea has better things to do then stopping you guys from growing your meds park around the corner if your that scared! im pretty sure most of the guys that own these shops grow their own meds ,no?? so i think you will be fine support your local hydro store .
i think its way safer to pay cash at a shop,rather then put your cc info and addy on the internet. i know if i was gonna do some internet fruad i would attack people that would be too scared to tell the cops they ordered weed seeds!!!!!!!!!

my hydro store kicks ass...they give you 10% back for every 1 dollar you spend. you can save it up on a lil punch card. I have about $50 credit.

there are a couple a "brew and grow" in Chicago but I haven't been there yet. Maybe I'll go there tomorrow and give ya'll a rundown.

If you need a good shop in the Charlotte, NC area there are 2.
American Beauty on central Ave.
Be Well Hydroponics on monroe rd.
Pete over at American Beauty is the Hydro Guru and always willing to offer solid advice.
Ben over at Be Well has helped out allot plus hid dad owns the biggest head shop in town.
Both places are well stocked and reasonably priced.
AB is my favorite though.

I live in southeast Ohio and there are no hydro stores within 100 miles. Got to go to the big cities: Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati.......Road trip.
I've often thought about looking into opening a hydro shop. I wonder if there are any potential customers at RIU that are tired of the long drives to a hydro store or having to wait for your order to be shipped from BFE.
