not as bad as when they are on.. lights off i wouldnt worry bout temp so much, its rest time for them ladies and when lights are off

How hot are we talking anyways here?
It seems as if when the lights go off (we're talking HID lights here?) it is inevitably going to cool down in the grow room. These [HID] lights obviously produce intense enough heat, and they could potentially be used to heat a room or two of a New England home during winter. I could see if you were running lights at night and turning them off during daylight hours, otherwise I couldn't imagine any drastic increase in temperature after lights out.

good stuff.
my HPS light goes on at 8pm and off at 8 am soo i agree. the temps will b down. get a lil dest fan,leave on 24/7 or soemthing,i have a nice size one.

yeah they normally go down a lot but not when its warm out and when the sun shines right on top and 2 sides ofthe room so temps actuallygo up but its like 77off and 70-76on. cant wait for winter.

im in northern so i couldnt even imagine how bad it is there cause its not even that hot here.
