This was years ago and I was high the entire time, so my memory is sus, but i promise he knew what he was doing. It was a 3 story apartment complex converted into a grow op. I watched him perfect Master Kush. Dude was growing top colas the size of my forearm in flood and drain with rockwool.
Yah micro channel coils are a terrible thing to use on a commercial level.
I love the use of mastered as there's no such thing in this arena. But additionally I would suspect it was a 5 ton which if the 16 lights were 1k they alone would need 54k of cooling alone to even remotely think about dropping the temp. Not to mention dehumidifiers fans and people in the room. With 25 lights per room I stuck 15 tons of cooling per granted added 25% over what I needed to make sure and that's with quest 506's per room 14 fans per and everything else.

No pictures so it's sort of hard to tell what's going on here...but sounds like the easy first step is to sort out the intake & exhaust fan situation? Seems like there's more that can be done to draw in cooler air and effectively vent it?

I mean, I'm using a tiny 14 square foot tent and using 6" ducting in and out and fans that max out at 400+ CFM...I can't imagine a 4" duct and fan setup could bring in near enough cool air for what you describe as your lighting/plant setup and the exhaust fan's specs also seem to be in question?

In all honesty ducting and good fans are cheap. That would be my first move then looking at vented hoods for the lights, etc.
