Temperature help

Hello smokers of the world , CannabisGuy is here


I have 4 sprouts , 6 days old , under a fluorescent light..and the Temperature wont go above 22Celsius .

What can i do to make the area warmer ?
they are inside of a clothing closet so blow heater is not an option...

Heat Mat or more bulbs

Farts



or a heat mat...

Incadesent lights throw off alot of heat but sadly not many lumens.
