Temperature Issues

What's up guys. I've just planted my seeds in my growbox, and I've noticed after the first day, the temp is a little high. (low to mid 90s). I have an intake fan, and an exhaust fan. However, the exhaust fan has a pretty thick/heavy charcoal filter (i know its not necessary yet but it will be eventually) and is having a hard time pushing the air through the charcoal bags. when you put your face up to the exhaust vent, you can BARELY feel the air coming through. So I was wondering, should I totally remake the charcoal filter? Or would I be able to just install a small normal oscillating fan on the inside of the box. What do you guys think?

Well if the filter is killing the air flow then you need to do something with that filter.... adding a oscillating fan won't do crap

Maybe not oscillating, but a computer or something like that, if I pointed it at the light, would that not help to an extent? I don't know I need a solution.
