Temperature (with/without fan)

Hey guys, right now I have my MH light about 19 inches from my seedlings. My hand at plant level can feel very little heat if any because I have fans blowing over the air space in between the light and the plants. Air is also blowing on the reflector. My temperature at plant level reads 81.5 which is a bit high. However, this does not take into account wind chill factor. Does wind chill lowering the temperature matter for my plants or should I just look at the ambient temperature?

First of all.....there's nothing wrong with 81.5, plants will grow fine.

Fans probably cause a wind chill. The leaves respire O2 and H2O, the breeze from the fan will have an evaporative cooling effect.
