That's exactly the situation I'm in lol I've got to keep it stealthy aswell bcos of nosy neighbours any tips on keeping the smells at bay without a carbon filter

How high should I have my light from the plants the manual that came with my light says.
24-30 inch germ
24 inch seedling
18-24 inch veg
12 - 18 inch flower

Nice dude, just make sure you keep it away from your grow, like put it in another room or something because it's powerful stuff it totally neutralises any smells
