OP: what you are describing in totality is a situation where you should try to grow outdoors under the sun. Never seen anyone pull this off or even try. The amount of equipment and power to do a 2x2 seems excessive; id either grow in the sun or just buy some bud to smoke.
If you have a basement maybe you could draw air from there, that tends to be a bit colder than outside sun.
But my main advice is to try to set up some kinda outdoor grow in the sun, maybe a bunch of autos as the dont tend to grow as tall as photos (avoid nosy neighbors).
