Take several temps. Most thermometers respond in a matter of minutes. Put the thermometer in the top nodes of a plant and record that temperature 10 minutes later. Place the thermometer on the soil level and go smoke a bowl. When you remember that you put that thermometer somewhere and then find it, record that temperature. Lastly, place the thermomter on the floor where your roots are and go get something to drink. After you drink your fill of the milk-straight from the carton with the fridge door open-record the temp.
You now have a rough idea of the 3 climates that your plants are experiencing.
A few fans up top and down below will even out the temps.
