Hey potheads! How's it going? So I am harvesting my first grow this weekend. I had a small gnat problem I believe was started by the clones my buddy gave me. I want to make sure the tent is clean and ready for my 8 seedlings that will be going in to the tent. What do you all do to rid your tent of pests after harvest? What do you do to prepare for your next batch? Thanks

I use Bleach / water spray , pulling pans / liners , washing plastic grow pots , etc.
After I grab a big can of Lysol and spray ducting and various surfaces.

Ok don’t need your smart ass comments. Just wanted to know if people use something other then soap and water if they had a bug problem previously
We do actually need my smart ass coments or peeps assume you need to sterelize rather than just wipe down and before you know it your running some complex chem regime thats totally un-needed.

Most of the industry is like this - zero experience but big opinions.

I use a cap of bleach for ever 1 gal of water used to clean pots, trays etc. I use a lysol wipe for fan, dehumidifier, humidifier and all electric controllers (please unplug all electronics)
In the tent I use h202 and just spray it everywhere. Let the h202 dry out and then use a few lysol wipes inside of the tent, then spray h202 again and let dry. I soak the carbon prefilter in a gallon of water with a cap of bleach for about an hour. To rinse I fill two buckets of clean water. Dunk prefilter in one bucket several times then do the same again with the last bucket, hang and let dry.
