Tent drainage question

Hello first time poster, long time grower. Semi new to tents. When I water I like to soak the plants through until it comes out the bottom. My question is how are people setting up drain systems or some way to water without having to take the plants out of the tent to soak them through? Is there something I can set them in and have it drain out some how on a platform? Obviously I don't want to soak my plants and then have the tent get flooded.? Any help would be appreciated. 5x5.

saucers underneath your pots, some overflow is going to happen it's a fact of life no matter how careful you are. as long as you have a decent tent with a removable floor liner then there's no issue. after each run you just pull the liner out and rinse it off.

I have catch pans that my pots sit in. The runoff in the pans helps out with humidity. Just make sure to keep everything clean and don't let water sit in pans for days.

I used to set plants in a tray similar to a flood n drain tray with a hose running down to a bucket. Then all you have to do is water and the runoff goes n bucket, no plant moving.

This is what i'm looking for. Have any pictures? The flood and drain trays for are hydro correct? I don't want to have to move the plants at ALL.

I'm going through a similar situation right now and the best I've come up with is I've cut 2x4s into tiny pieces and each pot is sitting on 3 of them. the water just sits in the bottom of the tent but away from the plants / roots and it all dries up in a day or 2

4x4 hydro tray is easiest. Ask the guy at the hydro store if he has any cracked trays. They will almost give it to you.

Concrete pans at Home Depot come in large and extra large.
i used the extra large pan in my flood and drain build, It worked perfect and cost a 10th of a "hydro store product".
