When you water make sure your not letting them sit in the run off or they will be too wet too long stunting root growth.
Let them dry out between waterings, feel the weight of the pot to judge.
Don't foliar feed nutrients unless they are designed for foliar like kelp or magnesium sulphate.

Don't think there is anything major wrong with them.

Using jacks 3-2-1 it was the second feeding at 25%, yep dumping run off. I get so impatient with not watering I went 2 days without but I think I need to stretch it to 3 or 4 days, I got a soil meter so I wouldn’t screw things up. Moved the light up to 40 in above the plant and turned it down to 50% leaves are turning back down and the tips are turning back green and growing again.

Bleached? That tiny little spec of yellow? you are fretting over nothing my friend, It could have been caused by a variety of things, none of which appear serious enough to warrant investigation or corrective action.
