terrible? (im way newbie)

Random seeds.1 month 1 week old some less old planted them later. Idk much about what i'm doing but im excited about it. i just read stuff online and made a set up which is problably really bad.

Sorry i really wated to show pics cause i cant really
describe as good as a picture. But theres two 48 inch 32 watt t8 and a 24 inch t8 also a 120 watt flood light (dont laugh i thought it would work). Some are in mg soil and some in organic soil. Started using food 2 weeks ago used it twice. Anyway they're like 7 inches tall which seems small and slow.

I think there's too many plants

First and foremost get rid of that flood light!!!! How many plants do you have? Whats your budget? Grow room size?

9 plants in a 5 ft tall 4 and a half ft wide area. And the floodlight lol, was it awful?

Low budget

The flood light is definitely not a good idea, will probably burn your plants. I'm assuming you're just using what you have available and that you have a limited budget. Go to wally world and get some 6500k cfls which for a 4 pack is about $8-$9. You will need about 4 per plant. Your t8s will work for seedling, but when they start growing you will definitely need more/better lighting. What nutes are you gonna use? Are you using distilled, RO, or tap water? Do you have ph and ppm meter? What about intake and exhaust? Odor control?

Oh, and with 9 plants you are definitely gonna need some odor control. They are gonna stink to high heaven.

Cfl mean fluorescent? And i have mg nutes just got the kind with the most nitrogen 24%. I use tap water(well water) i have a fan and no meters. I have 2 more 40 watt 48 inch lights(t12) if i put those up with the others how many plants could i have

Yes cfls means fluorescent, they are the small spiral ones. T8s are ok, t5s best, t12s not so good, but in a pinch will work. If your using well water you probably have an RO filter, if thats the case you will also need to get cal/mag supplement. With fluorescent lighting you want to pay more attention to the lumen output over wattage. I have 4 plants under 16 cfls (12 6500k and 4 2700k) which is about 6000 or so lumens per plant. You want about 5000 lumens per plant but can get away with as little as 2000 lumens, but your yeild/potency wont be as good. I was on budget also when I started growing and just got a little here and a little there. You really do need to upgrade your lighting though if you want some decent smoke. As far as the nutes go, imho, get rid of the miracle gro, I use General Hydroponics Flora 3 part series. You can get it on ebay 8 oz bottles for $17.

And definitely need the meters, ebay also has them fairly cheap. You have to be able to keep ph in check and able to keep an eye on the ppm. Also you need some ph up/down.

Yea man, just stick with it, get a little bit here and there. You're gonna run into problems, but just don't give up.
