Terribly bad nute burn, or something else? Diagnosis needed

Hello all. Need some help here. The pics say it all (sadly) but I'm wondering what to do with this plant. I'm at wk11 flower and she is hurting bad it seems.

I thought it was nute burn so I have given her nothing but water the past few weeks. The bottom of the plant looks fine, perfect green coloring. The top has this brown twinge to it as you can see in the pictures. The very tip tops have new pretty green growth that has grown over the past 2 weeks or so (which I was hoping is a good sign).

Is this beyond all repair? smokable? anything inbetween? Not really sure what I'm looking at. I had another smaller plant that had basically the same feeding schedule and watering schedule that looks perfectly gorgeous. Any ideas or tips would be very helpful.

THANKS!

I think its just dying.. You got some foxtailing going on and that usually happens later in flower.. I think its past its peak and is just dying, plain and simple..

I was worried about this. But the other plant of the same bagseed still looks great. I guess I should harvest ASAP and get what I can?

Also the bottom still looks good and the growth at the top does as well. Could it still be dying under these circumstances?

be careful about mold setting in on those dead spots....look inside the bud with a magnifier to make sure nothing is growing in there.

bummer never seen that before. ment mr ct soz haha. ive had it on leaves in the flush phase but not on the bud matey.

ALRIGHT! So I pulled the plant out into more natural light and started investigating hardcore in preparation for cutting it down.

Here's what I found: Seems the discolored parts are coming off almost like a weak shell. If you can see in the pics, I am peeling it off to reveal GREENER pastures underneath!!! Anybody got any advice with the new development? Should I still chop her down? Or wait for the hairs to turn a little darker. She still has a fair amount of white, especially at the tip top. Thoughts?

Thanks for all your quick advice guys!

One problem is that it appears that you are trying to flower under home depot fluorescent. That is why everything is so loose.
Not sure about the browning? Flower too long?

BUMP for the weird dark coloring that seems to be coming off like a thin shell.

Votes on whether to chop her down or let her keep on?

looks like leaves that u calling shell. but they dried n discoloured and shrunk through dying,
i wood keep it going if it early in flower. dont expect big yeild but u should get something unless the discolouring on bud to then u fucked.
i wood say u had some crazy nute lock outs n mayb high temps so ya plant not taking in nutes and burning roots also as plant not taking in nutes then it will suck all life out leaves to go to buds. i wood flush and then go very very careful on any nutes n maybe build them up slow again???? dunno

i think they are done also. cut em! mine do that. my bc gods. when they are really ready. and the brown can mean rot setting in. also. my freind had faxtailing problem, and it was because his flower area was not light proof!! he had light. make the buds confused, on whearther to grow more, or fill out. make sure its dark in there. pitch black. also, some streains, dont show amber. so, by waiting to long, i just watched as a gorgeous white skunk just rotted away.....LOL!!

looks to me its been in flower to long. my rule of thumb is, ten weeks, for anything i have grown works. i dont pay too muclh attention to the trichs. but to the calyxes. the trichs come out of the calaxes, and watch them start withdrawing back inside!! when they are all most all back in, cut em!! they will look so swollen. and lumpy like. my gods do this wonderfully.
