I like to trim lower buds around 4-5 weeks to get samples... i don't really keep track of which samples are which it'd be too difficult or at least more effort than i'm willing to go through at the moment... anyway some of'em have been pretty badass had one earlier that had a musky grape kind of taste (maybe void) that matched the description of space dawg for high.... confused and lost
both me and my buddy were quite a bit more baked than we usually get, went and saw wolf of wall street (a 3 hour movie) and both still pretty baked when we got out... whatever that strain was is going to be crazy when it's done... i've got several phenos that are straight sugar top to bottom including a couple of my aces
They're at week 6 now I'll probably post up some more pics next week at week 7 when they're in the closing stretch. None of them look like they'll be done at 7... 8's a possibility but I'm going to push'em as much as I can for yield this run.
Thanks this run's kind of a bummer because I rushed them into flower to make schedule and then I went away for vacation when I came back 3 weeks into flower found I had a pretty heavy thrip infestation which I've been combating since... it's ok i'm getting used to ladybugs crawling all over me at this point. They're not super photo worthy this time because of it (well the buds are just the big fan leaves look funky).
Still I got about an ounce of buds off of trimming 8 or 9 plants of lower buds so it seems the co2 is doing it's job.
These are in 5 gallons but they didn't get a lot of time to grow into them before flower. I had real good luck on yields transplanting a couple of plants 3 weeks into flower so I'm expirimenting with this now... going forward planning on going into flower in a 3 gallon that's well rooted and then transplanting into full super soil at 3 weeks flower once stretch ends. My next batch in flower I'm pretty much mainlining and giving more veg time so I expect them to yield much better some of them already have stems as big as some of the flower plants and killer support branch size... looking forward to seeing how they come out I think I got my co2 setup pretty figured out now (switched from sensor to timer) so next run should be pretty fun. I gotta shut down again after next flower (time to move hopefully to some land I actually own that'll cut down on some paranoia...
)
