The Chernobyl is a very enjoyable strain to smoke. So frosty and So tasty.
This is just before harvest.

JTR day 61 going into dark for 2 days. 70/30 with the pine sole/lemon smell. Nice fat top colas. Lookin' forward to smokin' this one. Didn't veg her long enough again either. Hardly any stretch. Glad the lemon isn't too overbearing.

Vortex #6 A different kind of fruity and just a touch of lemon. Day 62 and she's done. Not even gonna put her in dark.

Be sure to keep it. IMO this strain is legendary. I give subcool, everyone at TGA, or whoever developed this mad props. i dont know if it's just the pheno but out of all strains I have grown and tested so far, it was the 2nd most potent in THC. has by far the highest demand by medical patients as far as the people i know. highest demand for clones for indoor medical grows. I don't know if there is some other kind of cannabinoid that I don't know of but it seems to get a lot of people the highest. the lab i have test my stuff is limited to what they can test for. my friends that only smoked once in a while say sometimes 1 hit is even too much for them. excellent sleep aid if you don't build a high tolerance. CBDs and CBNs in my tests were not even very high either. my avatar is actually even chernobyl. the fan leaves turned such a beautiful violet almost blue color. i had colder temps back then though. still gets more color when i let it go longer but i always need the room i have to harvest at 8 weeks to keep up. some strains 7. would love to test it in a sea of green but because i follow state law i am very limited.

from my experience, or at least from the pheno i have, the pros were far worth the cons. the only problem i have with it is it doesnt have much for flavor, stretches, harsher taste, not a heavy yielder, can be hard for some beginners to grow.

is that ace discontinuation really true? where is this rumor originating from? i got a good pheno of her except it throws out a few bananas here and there. people tell me you can get that dutch master reverse shit but i tried it years ago and think it's bullshit. i know when i do orders for some strains they say unavailable but then in several days or weeks they will be in stock again. super lemon haze was doing it to me a little while back.

Subcool announced it on the Weed Nerd, several episodes ago.

Long time ago subcool said the same about agent orange, this strain was about to be discontinued...

I've tried both AO and AoS, and I truly prefer Ace of spades.

Matter of personal taste I guess.

I'm ok about the medicinal value, BUT if a strain is good for my nerves I call it a good medicine!
I'm a very nervous guy and this Ace is good for me.

Agent Orange on the other hand is only a recreative smoke for me.

So I did some AoS F1 to keep the good genetic.

I gathered some AoS pollen about 6 weeks ago from an AoS male my son gave me, will be making some straight up AoS seeds down the road whenever he gets me some clones off his mothers. More current though, I'll be crossing that AoS pollen with PPP (Pure Power Plant) in the next couple of weeks. Haven't seen the final results of my first PPP seeds but based on about 2 weeks @12/12 this PPP looks like a producer (as advertised), bud sites are stacking up nicely. The combo should be pretty powerful and a big producer, can't wait to try that one

Here is the Jesus OG in Flower (day 34).at about 4' tall.
This was regenerated and re-flowered so it is very different looking than normal.. Hard to believe this is in a 4" X4" RW cube on top of another 4 inch thick slab for 1 plant.



I took a shitload of cuttings from her that are looking awesome..

First time using this batch of SS that was made outside this year under a tarp compared to last years soil thrown in garbage cans in the basement. I think using a tarp outside in the summer with the sun baking down on it is a better option imo. Transplanting PB, Vortex #5 and Vortex S.M. Soil has no shit/manure smell whatsoever. Nice and broken down.

Not bud porn but it fits into the TGA theme, just pulled these two last night. They were basically clones with one week to establish, then straight to 12/12 in 1Gal pots. Both were JTR females, clones from a 3 week into flowering JTR female so their leaves were mutant-like. But they performed their duty well. Smaller one was pollinated with JTR pollen so will provide me with some JTR seeds. Larger one was pollinated with Ace of Spades pollen, aka > Jack of Spades <

Drying for a week, curing the seeds for 3-4 weeks and planning to pop the first couple for the 5th 12/12 from seed party cup grow

Thought about doing the same cross, was going to name it Jack of Spades too.

Looking forward to trying some, two nice strains on their own, could be a good combo
