i have 2 feminized dark star freebee's i got wen i ordered seeds.. what are the chances ill get a good mother from 2 fem seeds?? i just got rid of burmese kush,, 2 fem freebee's, both grew well and good bud, but both took a minimum of 9 weeks to finish and th sais its there fastest finish strain.. ive had really great bubble gum from th, way better than serious seeds b gum, too sativa, th's b.gum is indica dom, finishes in 50 days w cdl lighting... i also have 2 fem freebee's of ultra sour, sage n sour, and mk ultra...i normally pop bags of ten reg seeds in hopes of getting 1 good female and 1 good male so i can cross and back cross to stable,, ive found stability in seeds to be very very seldom.. what are your thoughts on feminized seeds and finding a good mother? hightimes insists that u use regular seeds to find good mothers,,claiming feminized seeds are to unpredictable and prone to herm...ive had herms in regular seeds and feminized but very seldom unless they are stressed or pushed to herm.. anyways how's the dark star,, purple? anybody run the ultra sour or sage n sour? thoughts on TH seeds, reputable? pretty stable? good genetic's?
The Darkstar came out good. After a week or 2 the harshness is about gone. It grew with 5 or 6 others under a 400 +150 watt hps combo. nice dry sift
and purple finger hash came off it, after I let it ripen til the leaves got yellow and purple.
It was my first purple strain and it came out good. There are genetics for bushy plants with fat nugs and potency and this weird 'purple taste' grapes or whatever, who knows? glad I cloned it
