thai skunk - first timer. got buds - now what?

hello hello.
im kind of in a fix.
i shifted my house and have been crazy busy with work, etc so wasn't able to pay complete attention to my plant.

attached are its photos as of today. looks pretty dried out and the growth has kind of stopped (partly because i haven't been able to water it regularly).

coming weekend i am going on a holiday for 2 weeks. i am now in panic state and need to do something soon.

should i just harvest it? if yes, some tips would be nice. i will wrap it in newspaper and leave it hanging on a clothesline. when i come back... i will be able to trim it. (or do i trim today before hanging???)

please advise.

ps: i feel so sad i cannot explain. i fucked it up. my very first grow and i got distracted.

lots of first time grows get fucked up, dont feel bad. i'd leave it till the day b4 your gonna leave to harvest and trim off the fan leaves and hang. i like to give my plants 48hrs dark before harvest too. drying it w/o getting mold will require airflow in the drying area but too much and they will dry to fast. fdd did a much better harvest tutorial than i could, i'll get you the link.
