how could you have only serve 85% of a madatory min of 5 yrs... I thought there is no good time or time off for good behavior in the Fed pen when talking about mandatory min sentencing

just ask elite of elite genetics :)

I'm not quite sure where you're going with this. Sounds alot like you're calling me a liar? Well, if I must:

Spent 6 months at MDC fighting my case. Then, off to Terminal Island for 2 years where the factory made office furniture. I was in "J" block...next to the SHU. Then, after getting in some trouble there I was sent to Lompoc Federal Pen (the factories there made com cable and signs for federal parks) where I was housed on "F" block (west corridor) after the mandatory visit to the SHU whenever entering into a USP. I was released on "supervised release".

Now, anyone who has experience in the federal system will know that there's only 2 ways to get those details: either I did time there, or I'm a guard there. You choose. Do you not think 85% is enough? They have to have some sort of semi early release program to keep prisoners in line. They need a little something to threaten to take away.

Nope. The puncuation didn't help. I still have no idea what the fuck you're saying. Take a breath, compose your thoughts, and try again. Or, better yet, don't.

Let's be honest some of us on here want it legal but only after we have made our retirement
Of course, I am in favor of total legalization. I think that the MMJ thing is messing with that progressing, but then again, it has raised public awareness and acceptance. Unfortunately, in my area (No. California; San Jose) it appears to be flooded both with Dispensaries and cultivators. I got busted here back in 1989 with 20 plants outdoors. Someone I know turned me in. The attitude for MJ then was quite backwards; now its' all changed after the Man figured out just how much money is involved. $hit, they charge sales tax on MMJ. It is medicine and as such should bear no taxes, just like all the pills that are dispensed daily, all without any sales tax charged or collected. I just wanna' grow some great weed, eek out a modest living and always have a variety of bud to chose from, that I have to think about which strain to smoke, kinda like surfing the TV with 8,000 channels, taking 1/2 hour to decide on what to watch.

undoubtedly there are criminal reasons for continuing this war against human rights.

money.

there is a shitload of money in pot, without a doubt, the big money guys, the top´s of the "industry"

are connected to the government, intimately.

cant have that much money and not be "protected"

and thats the way the cookie crumbles.

some legislators, senators, governors, fed´s

are running drug cartels.

there Can Be No other reason.

it just doesnt make sense any other way.

you will not get relief or support from the government without a big fight and a huge support from the community at large.

see, even the small potatoes, drug dealers,

do want the war to continue, fuck the victims,

just to make money

And if These Small time hoodlums do want it to continue, with all Their risks

imagine the higher ups

that have little to no risks.

they´d never want it to end and fuck the rest.

and , yes, they have money to line the pockets of politicians

and UNDOUBTEDLY DO.
