That's actually hash oil or honey oil...something a little differentYou could make one I guess. Take an oil from a supercritical extraction (CO2 or liquid N2, or BHO), heat it to decarboxylate the THC so it's active, dissolve it in a small volume of solvent in a little nose spray bottle. You'd have to use a solvent that won't hurt you and is safe to put in a sealed bottle. Ethanol seems like the way to go here. Ether if you can store it in a cold environment like a freezer.

I'm aware that it's hash oil. It's also the closest thing to pure THC that most people can get, and it is a much more efficient way to extract than using an alcohol. If you start with an alcohol you need to do more than one extraction or wait a long time to get most of the product into solution. Then you would need to evaporate off most of the alcohol to get it concentrated enough to dose with a spray bottle or dropper. A supercritical extraction is fast, efficient and the end product can be dissolved in an appropriate solvent to dose with a dropper or sprayer. I don't think supercritic extractions are hard, grind the weed up with a coffee chopper, put it in something that can handle low temps, pour in solvent carefully, stir it around a little, filter and pour out, let solvent evaporate, walla you have hash oil. That's actually hash oil or honey oil...something a little different
Much better than tincture IMO, this is usually added to the top of a bowl and smoked.
I haven't heard of taking honey oil and dissolving it in ethanol to make and something you can drop on your tongue.
Much easier to do the other way, BHO extraction is a lot of work.
First off don't use PVC or any other plastic, liquid isobutane can start dissolving it or leeching out low molecular weight polymers. PVC is especially bad as it's a chlorinated organic. Not something you want to ingest, especially by smoking. You shouldn't need to heat the extract to get all of the isobutane out, it boils at -11.7°C (11°F). To get a less viscous oil you can add a few mL of cooking oil to the mix before all the butane evaporates, or use a light alcohol (high proof drinking or 90%+ IPA) with a low water content (ideally dry). To make dry IPA get the highest % of IPA you can, then add some Epsom salts that have been baked in an oven at 120°C (250°F) for an hour (add ASAP after baking, MgSO4 is extremely hydroscopic). You can also add the cooking oil or solvent after the butane evaporates but it is much harder to mix. However you do it I suggest gaping oil rather than smoking because you can burn and destroy the oil trying to smoke it. Or you can put it in DMSO and let it absorb through the skin (you'll need to heat it to decarboxylate the thc before using it with DMSO) this will hit you really fast. When i made it using BHO, I had a pvc tube, with a hole for the butane in one end and a bunch of holes on the other end for the oil to drip out of. Then I had to heat the oil to get the BHO bubbles to evap out. The leftover product just seemed messy to me. How do i make a thin oil I can actually pour rather than the thick sticky substance that I ended up with. I want to try making something I could put in a vile and pour a few drops out.
Re: alcohol extraction, I got 10g to go into 4 oz of alcohol and about half of that evaped during the process. So it was 10g in 2oz. I'm not an expert but from what I read the exchange takes place once you heat it so no need to do several. The end product was strong but I wouldn't make it again. I favor cold water extraction but I'd like to try making a better oil if you have any advice on getting something with a viscosity like a thick olive oil or a thin honey.
