So it seems there's a bit of disagreement in the marijuana community about these substances. Any decarboxylation guide will tell you that THCA is a non psychoactive compound that has relatively little effect unless it is converted to the psychoactive THC. But there are also voices out there who say that you can convert THC to THCA for a different, and some even say stronger, high. So, are there different types of THCA perhaps? One that is originally in the plant, and non psychoactive, and another that can be derived from THC, and is psychoactive? Do any of you out there have experience with converting THC to THCA?
