THCA (tincture) dosage?

Introducing my wife (peritoneal kidney dialysis patient also dealing with chronic pain issues that has so far resulted in three brain surgeries) to the plant with hopes that it will be more effective than the pills the doctors have tried and just make a bad situation worse. Smoking hurts her throat so I made a decarbed THC tincture and a non-decarbed THCA. So far I haven’t really come across anything suggesting a recommended dosage for the latter. Now that we’ve got the THC tincture mostly dialed in (lab testing isn’t a practical option in the country I’m living) I’m looking into finding whatever first hand opinions/studies/etc. I can about suggested THCA dosages. Not sure if because x # of drops is where the effects can be felt with THC that that same dosage of THCA will be equally effective, or if the amount should be higher or lower.

I used all flower; unfortunately, no idea on the strain. It’s good, though not special. Since I have no way of knowing actual percentages I have no idea how it would compare to a commercially available version. For now I’m mirroring the THC dosage and adding both to her morning juice. At night before bedtime she’s only using the THC tincture so recently it's been twice as much THC as THCA. This morning we're changing it up and doing more or less the same amount of drops, just spread over three instead of two sessions. I figured that since THCA is non-psychoactive there’s really no “danger” of green out no matter the amount, but I’m curious to hear from others or be turned onto another thread or website with information on this.

Dosage will be tough as from my own experiance tolerance rises fast with pain med level thc. I have made green dragon before and my method decarbed to delta9.
I have also used RSO for pain management and it got me off pain meds 8 days after a total knee. You will have to start somewhere and I would start at 20mg total thc. 10 mg is kind of the universal happy face dose for noobs.
As far as thca ( acid ) goes until decarbed by smoking or vaping or carboxo the shape of the molecule does not keyhole with our endocanibinoid receptors and is not reactive. I have not read any studies that suggest thca can inhibit cancer growth but I have seen many suggesting Delta9 thc is a cancer antagonist.
However:
There are still identified but unknown molecules still undergoing testing. Would be fine with me if a non psycoactive part helped with my pain.

@Don Cultivo Your THCA tincture will naturally decarb over time and become more potent in THC. In my experience, fresh buds converted into THCA oil or tincture, will naturally decarb within 3 to 4 months in storage. If the buds are not fresh, it could naturally decarb more quickly. Naturally decarbed oil can be superior if all of the terpenes are in it. You may want to try magic mushrooms. Hillbilly mushrooms have been the best I have ever used for headaches. Other strains offer different medicinal qualities. If your THCA tincture is oil or liquid, when it does decarb, it will happen when you open the container, it could bubble over after being exposed to air and make a big mess. When I store THCA tinctures, I never fill the container more than half way.
