look man, i once got the wrong seeds from the attitude.. i emailed them and they made me jump through a bunch of hoops, sent them pix of the packaging, then mailed the wrong beans back to them with a lil note with my name and order number..
guess what?? of course they never got my lil package i sent them, so now, not only was i out the seeds i ordered, i was also out the seeds they sent by mistake. my gut reaction was to just keep the wrong seeds, but shit, i paid for x, and got y..
anyhoo's, long story short, it was my mistake in sending the seeds back in an unsecured manner, meaning, i didn't send them tracked, so i couldn't say that they got them for sure or not.. my bad, lesson learned.. i was pissed of course, but more pissed at myself for not handling my business the right way..
can the attitudes customer service be improved?? sure as shit, i don't think i can name one business that couldn't use a bit of improvement tbh, but at the same rate, i moved on, i'm over it..

No disrespect, but this is a pretty blanket statement to be fair. If I remember one of your other posts correctly you stated that they would not reship your seeds because you did not pay for the stupid shirt I believe were your words. Fact is, it is not the stupid shirt you were paying for. It is the guarantee. I lost my first shipment, but paid for guarantee. My reship went fine. Now I'm certain that there are a number of folks may have lost their 2nd and 3rd shipments. If this is true I get people being pissed, but if it is true that you are indeed over it then please stop grumbling and stop pretending that your continued grumbling is done in advocacy of others.I get that I lost my money, I don't expect to get it back.
