I see different post on her how to germinate but I want to kno the best and easiest way to do it because I'm not trynna ruin my seeds.....so let me kno roll it up....good looking out
Exactly what i was about to write. Apparently jondamon said it first.1. soak seed in plain ph6 water for 6 hours
2.plant into your medium 1/16 inch down
3.water it in
4.18/6 with a small 6400k cfl
5.wait
alot of people say no light but i have had tremendous success with this method.

my sentiments exactly.Exactly what i was about to write. Apparently jondamon said it first.
There are many methods that work, but i really like this method. Its just too easy.
Dead on foolproof way. If your new to the whole thing, do this.1. soak seed in plain ph6 water for 6 hours
2.plant into your medium 1/16 inch down
3.water it in
4.18/6 with a small 6400k cfl
5.wait

no, a blacklight will not work. it is common myth that is heard around here, but as far as i can tell its widely discounted as being effective. the spectrum of light is comlpletely (or near) useless for mj.Klosetking ....will a black liight work fiine on a weed plant?....and how can you test the ph level of your tap water?...or is it ok to use pure water from the store? .....hiit me back thanks
ah, very good point this is often overlooked. the safety range from what i can tell is pretty wide, your safe in the 60's-90's i would bet, but the extremes of either can hurt germination chances especially on older seeds.and try to keep it upwards of 80F but obviously nothing over 90 I'd say. Ive tried the plate method, shot glass method, rockwool method and this gives me the best results. Good Luck!
If this is confusing to you i suggest you begin reading, as this was basic language of growing. So when you say plain ph6 water that just means normal tap water?
And I'm kind of lost what does step #4 means.....I'm hella new at this shiit....thanks
Haha exactly what i was thinking. I fill a small measuring cup with water, put the seed in, and put it over my cable box for heat. It takes less than a day for my seeds to crack open. I put it into a peat pellet and then put that under a 6500K light so it gets heat and gets light as soon as it pops up. I actually have a seed in one now.If this is confusing to you i suggest you begin reading, as this was basic language of growing.
DO NOT START TO GERMINATE SEEDS YET.
You have a good few days reading ahead of you before you want to attempt germination.
Start with the sticky's at the top of the newbie central forum.
