@GROBRO6967 I'm an old air cooled 600 HPS grower. Go LED, HLG is probably the best there is, but you'll pay more upfront for it than other brands. I don't think you'll find a post on here crapping on HLG's lights or their customer service though. For what you'll save on electricity, your LED will be free in a few years compared to HPS. And LEDs are way easier to control. Less heat and most have a way to adjust the wattage to the LEDs. Check the resources section on the HLG site. For me it was burning them up with the LEDs. I pulled bigger buds under HPS when I first got the LEDs but I got some good advice form RIU members and I'm definitely pulling more with LED now. Better quality too I believe, there's more spectrum with LED, plus so much more. The light is just way different.

Any decent one is, and the optimum air temp is higher (around 28 C) so there can be a substantial savings is AC costs.
BTW, I believe there's a 10% RIU discount on HLG.
