The best growing method

I've been doing research for quite a while now, and i think i have figured out the best method possible to get a massive indoor harvest. There are four main components: a high yielding strain, proper lighting, hydro, and scrog. By proper lighting i mean blue light for veg and red for flower. Red is from HPS and blue from MH blue is around 6700k, red is 2300k. Hydroponic growing increases the amount of dissolved oxygen available to the plant and transfers nutrients more effectively. The scrog method evens out the canopy of your plant and light reaches all the bud sites evenly. As a result, all the buds develop to their full potential. Also make sure that you plants get all of their macro and micro nutrients. Putting a small amount of hydrogen peroxide in the water also increases the amount of DO (dissolved oxygen) available and prevents root rot. The system i was thinking of using is the undercurrent solo, i have heard great things about it. If anybody knows which nutrients best cover the full range of weed's nutrient needs please say what it is and how much to use. Lastly, using a water purifier and CO2 generator can have a noticeable effect.

You got the basics all down on paper..
Now comes the job of fighting symptoms...

I went coco only on my first grow. It's turning out great!
Next 3 seeds are going in coco perlite combo, 70/30 respectively.
I also use Fox Farms Hydro Trio. It's the shit!
I also alternate waterings, with h2o2, and aquashield.
Fucking gold mine!
I didn't scrog and I'll pull 5+ ozs. each, easy.

Just my 2 cents...
Good luck...

That sounds like a basic hydro grow.u gotta remember how sensitive hydo is if u have never done it before u wont get those results..i would defiantly go with aeroponics tho!

The reason i would go with hydro over aero is that aero setups are small and the plant sites are close together. So much so that there may not be enough room to properly scrog each plant. As for ph it is best kept at around 5.8 right?

Further research has indicated to me that the Inda-Gro Pro-420-Par is better than any HID due to superior spectrum when used with the flowering enhancer pontoon. You will get better bud and as much or more of it. There are a few grow journals out there which prove this. Also, degrees K are not suitable for measuring spectrum, nm is the best using a spectrum chart. K is temp.

.
How much height do you have to work with? I grow in dirt but I only have a 6 ft ceiling in my basement growroom and thats total to the top. I need from that room for the lights and then the distance from the light so it shrinks even further. 90 g was the highest yield I ever had with about 2 oz the usual yield.
I use 2- 400 watt lights.

I would add vertical hanging lights as one of the best grow method I've found. Since I've switched I've almost doubled my yeild

I have experimented with a few different set up's now and I've got mine down perfect

I take cuttings and put them into 1litre pots give them 2 weeks under my 150hps light. after 2 weeks there about 1ft then re-pot them into 3.5 litre an them under my 600hps(enhanced blue) and give them 1 more week and top every branch after the week throw into flower and I end up with about 30 big bud sites and the remove the lower sites

Its kinda scrog with out a screen
