The Best Part of the Holiday Season - Leftovers

For lunch I have built the most awesome dagwood sandwich in history. It's epic.

I have turkey, ham, spinach leaves, tomatoes, provolone, cheddar, swiss, pickles, onions, garbanzos drizzled with olive oil and wine vinegar, and stone ground mustard wrapped in whole wheat bread (gotta think of my figure). I will collapse into a ball of heartburn misery later on but it will be well worth it.

What are some of your leftover concoctions?

oooo... ham steak fried in butter w/ eggs over easy. yum. Paula Dean, thank you for making butter popular again.
I usually just get scrambled cuz its hard to fuck that up, but when I feel like treating myself I go for the overeasy. Big pimpin.

Christmas is a conspiracy to make me fat lol, turkey mashed potatoes stuffing gravy corn broccoli biscuits ughhhhh 5000 calorie meals I need to add an extra run or two in per week to maintain the balance, plus all of mothers baking Jesus where does it end.

Im still skinny btw lol I just don't want that to change

If it's whatever kind of meat, it's going in my mouth.

Today we had revived roast potatoes and dried out beef... covered in ridiculously thick gravy and pigeon peas. It doesn't matter because you couldn't really make out what was on the plate... but it tasted like MEAT *licks lips*

I do the cooking :) We had pork roast and cornish game hen for dinner along with salad, green beans, roast potatoes, asparagus, squash, smoked oysters (appetizers) and a ton of chocolate and booze.

Made the beans for a party earlier and damn do they compliment the pork roast and eggs for a breakfast that puts you down and makes you pass out at 11 am.
