50% peat moss
25% worm castings
25% perlite
2 tablespoons of dolomite lime per gallon of medium
1 tablespoon Espoma Plant-Tone which contains nutrients and beneficials.
Mix well and moistened till it almost clumps when squeezed in your hand.
Cook for 3-4 weeks mixing at least once a week.
Your good to go with just plain water for at least the first month.
If you have a bit more experience and good waterings habits you can go a bit heavier
33% of each-peat-ewc-perlite with the lime and Plant-Tone the same.
